Viewing Lab Results And Andrology Reports Within the Chart

The Laboratory Testing section is a summary of all lab results for both the patient and the partner.

Within the patient chart, any pending lab tests that are ordered through the hormone analyzer integration or pending semen analysis will show under the Laboratory Testing field.

1. Labs current within 12 months with all labs- This will show all pending labs and resulted labs from the last 12 months.

2. Andrology- This will show all pending semen analysis reports as well as completed semen analysis reports.  To access the completed report, click on the semen analysis.

Click the Printer icon to print the report.  You may also scroll through to view the entire report.
