Transferring Donor Eggs into the Cryologs

 

 


This feature is used for transferring in donor eggs/donor ovum from an outside donor bank that belong specifically to an IP or patient.

 

 

Select Specimen Log under the Gears setting.

 

 

Click Transfer oocytes into the laboratory.

 

 

Fill in all the required information. For this example, we are using  Egg Banking.

 

 

 

 

After selecting Egg Bank a verification window will appear asking for you to select the correct Egg Bank. Use the drop-down to make the selection. Once the Egg Bank has been selected click save and continue entering the oocytes into the laboratory. 

 

Add the following to the Oocytes Cryo Log Information:

1.  Cryo Vial# and Cryo date

2.  Transfer in date 

3.  Disposition

4.  Specimen source 

5.  Tank #, Can label, Cane color, and Device Color

6.   Oocyte import grade and PGS/PGD information if applicable

7. Click Commit to save the information 

 

The added oocytes from an outside Egg Bank. This will now be visible in the patients' Cryo Log and will be available for use in a FET cycle.

 

 

Transferring Previously Obtained Donor Oocytes Into Your Donor Egg Bank

 

 

Select the Specimen Log from the Lab Tools (Microscope) icon.

 

 

Select the appropriate donor from the list. Click the Transfer Oocytes into the laboratory tab.

 

 

 

 


 

Add the following to the Oocytes Cryo Log Information:

1.  Cryo Vial# and Cryo date

2.  Transfer in date 

3.  Disposition

4.  Specimen source 

5.  Tank #, Can label, Cane color, and Device Color

6.   Oocyte import grade and PGS/PGD information if applicable

7. Click Commit to save the information 

 

 

The eggs have now been added to the Donor Egg Bank and can be allocated to patient's as appropriate.
